Proceeds from this mining will be given to a fund we will set up to encourage noobs to explore the options availabe to them in eve. If someone pipes up with a good idea, we will act on it. This can lead to slight clashes in overall policy. The war dec for cost price is an example of this. In an attempt to bring parity to the galaxy, we instigated this policy to wrestle power from the hands of the big, isk rich corporations and alliances, and bestow an opportunity for revenge into the hands of the lone corp/pilot who would have no recourse without us. Were you ganked at a gate by 10 ships from a big alliance whilst you were running a mission. Is your corp to weedy to get revenge. Are they laughing at you - "what you gonna do about it n00b." Are you too poor to pay mercs. Well for 50 mill you get 700 pilots scattered all over empire, disrupting their operations and killing there ships. The privatters might get a whipping themselves, but what do you care. We do enough damage to justitfy your 50mill isk if we take out just one BS. INVESTING THE HARD UP LITTLE MAN, WITH THE POWER OF AN ALLIANCE This occasionaly leads to a small corporation being war deced who perhaps didnt deserve it. If one of our pilots really objects to the morality of any particular war however, like most things in the Privateer alliance, they are not obligated to do anything about it. They can hold their fire if they wish. All these nobs suggesting raising war dec fees will just put ANOTHER aspect of the game into the hands of the already bloated power crazed alliances. They wont blink an eyelid at paying 1 billion for a wardec. The little corp wont be able to reach it. SKUNK "... CCP wont Nerf the big alliances - so we do it for them"
